User has no ability to use the tags to customize their output. The help author must generate the output.
Conditional build tags do not work well in tables. If you apply a tag to a table row, the contents of the table cell can be controlled, but blank table cells remain.
The capabilities of conditional build tags are up to the creativity of the help author. The author should have a thorough development, implementation, and testing plan to insure no undesired results (or information) is built out of the project inadvertently.
