This exercise creates a one-cell table that uses the Center option in the Table: Cell Height and Width menu command.
In Microsoft Word, choose Table: Insert Table, and make a 1x1x1 (or 1x1x2.5cm) table as below:
NOTE: Column widths must be relatively small. Try 1 – 1.5 inches.
The text may look a bit odd, but it works!!
Click OK and then choose Format: Borders and Shading and turn off borders on the table and click OK.
From the menu choose Table: Cell Height and Width.
Set the Alignment to Center on the Row tab and click OK.
Now type or copy a long paragraph of text into the cell on the page.
Recompile the Help project.
Open the Help topic, and resize the Help window.
