In this example the tabs are segmented to create interaction, because you are displaying the Button tab, it is not segmented. Try clicking on the WinHelp Topic or Fonts tab.

I have segmented the lower region with RoboHELP's popup HTML topic feature.

Notice the alternative text to identify what happens when the area is clicked on (not available in WinHelp systems).
