Choose Tools: Options.
Click the General Tab.
Deselect the Show
Remove Folder dialog option
Again, this option is only available in Version 9.1.
Click OK.
The message will never return.
An annoying feature of previous RoboHelp versions (through 9.0) was a message informing you that the WebHelp folder will be cleared prior to producing it. From one perspective, this feature is a good reminder if your project.htm page has special modifications (special scripts and customizations) that must be backed up prior to generating a new WebHelp system.
To disable this message in Version 9.1 try the following:
Choose Tools: Options.
Click the General Tab.
Deselect the Show
Remove Folder dialog option
Again, this option is only available in Version 9.1.
Click OK.
The message will never return.
