BugHunter has been around since RoboHelp HTML Version 8. BugHunter's purpose is to track the messages sent from a program to launch a Help topic. If you've ever seen the messages you know that they are extremely useful for tracking -- bugs. But did you know you can configure the message to track text-only popup topics, as well!
Try this
Choose View:
Pane: BugHunter.
This activates the BugHunter screen.
If BugHunter Disabled is displayed, right-click and choose Enable BugHunter.
Press F1.

The information found in the BugHunter message is:
name and location of the CHM file (robohtml.chm) launched
location of the help topic within the file structure of the CHM file (bughunter\about_bughunter.htm)
API used to call the topic (HH_HELP_CONTEXT)
map number (18000)
The message is a gold mine in itself, but there is more.
If you want to check text-only popup topics, the BugHunter initially does not display any context sensitive help information. You can configure the BugHunter to display all messages by doing the following:
Right click the BugHunter window.
Choose Options.
Turn off the Only
window-level help messages (as below)

This allows you to track messages when you are calling up a text-only
Help topic.
To test this, open the HTML Help Workshop program (download at http://www.magrino.com/download.htm).
Choose File: Preferences (from HTML Help Workshop).
Click the What's
This? Help button in the dialog box and click any field in the
dialog box.

Switch back
to RoboHelp.
You should now have a text-only message displaying in the BugHunter
display area as below:

increase your efficiency.
