RoboHelp HTML 9.1 now supports 11 languages. Each language has it's own language specific dictionary. The key to using the new spell checking options is to configure the custom dictionary (Personal Dictionary.tlx). To configure the custom dictionary try the following:
Open RoboHelp HTML and click the WYSIWYG tab.
Choose Tools: Spelling options.
Click the Dictionaries tab.
Select Personal Dictionary.tlx.
Click Modify.

Before spending time adding a lot of new words, test a few words to
see how Auto Change and Change
actually work. . I
discovered words that use numbers (test1, test2, etc.) do not work with
Auto Change and Change. However, email addresses work fine. According
to the Help file, the options work as indicated:
No action: Ignores word. This is useful for words that dictionaries
don't typically recognize.
Auto Change: Changes the word automatically to the assigned
spelling.
Auto Change (Preserve Case): Changes the word automatically
to the assigned spelling and preserves current word case.
Change: Changes the word to the assigned spelling when you click
Change.
Change (Preserve Case): Changes the word to the assigned spelling
and retains case when you click Change.
Treat as misspelled: Flags the word as misspelled.
In the Word field, type in robohelp (in lower case).
Select AutoChange.
In the Change To Word type: RoboHelp HTML.
Click Add.
Click OK, and Yes (to update the dictionary), and OK.
Go to a topic and type robohelp. It should appear red underlined.
When you press the spacebar,
the word should change automatically to the word matching in the Personal
Dictionary. All remaining instances of robohelp now appear with a wavy
red underline. The word should appear on the Word list when you spell
check, or when you right click over the misspelled word, as below:
